The Sanctuary

Here, at The Luminarium Sanctuary, witches of all levels can be an integral part of building a unique community. This safe space is nestled on 10 rolling acres in Dewey, Arizona. The Sanctuary will be unlike anything you've experienced.

Created by Anyalahs Skye and her husband, this unique place is off the beaten path and features incredible options for witches to explore their craft.

While the Sanctuary is being built, we thought it best to introduce you to her uniqueness. The Sanctuary will be a place of peace and serenity offering:

*The Witches Cottage: A vintage inspired wood cottage that will house the Apothecary, the library, and unique classes such as oil making, spell jars, altar besoms & wand creation, and more.

*The Tea Shack: We will have over 200 different types of teas from all over the world including daily herbal shots, elixirs & tonics. The tea shack will also feature cottage-made foods & pastries to enjoy during your time at the Sanctuary.

*The Tea Garden: Relax or meditate in a quiet and serene place to check out a book from the library and have a cup of tea

*The Greenhouses: The Sanctuary will feature 1 Large and 1 small greenhouse. The large greenhouse will house vegetables, flowers, and fruits to be harvested all year long. The smaller greenhouse will be specifically for herbs used in our craft.

*The Library will house many different books on numerous topics such as herbal magic, moon magic, deities, occult studies, and more

*The Apothecary: A place to get herbs and spices for use in your craft.

*The Ceremonial Grounds: This is a sacred space of power that has been blessed and consecrated specifically for moon rituals etc. Ceremonies are by invitation.

*Retreats & Classes: Learn about what it means to practice your magick as your true "I AM". Learn about energy, frequency and alignment by Usui Reiki, Tai Chi & Xi Gong Master Zean DeLeon. Learn what it means to truly be a witch from the basics to the ancient magick now being restored.

DONATIONS & VOLUNTEER WORK

Along with the many offerings to help build your craft and connection, the Sanctuary will have many donation-based features for witches of all financial backgrounds. Our herb garden & greenhouse will be maintained by volunteers. Trees and plants will be planted by witches who wish to trade a tree/plant for goods/services.

This concept will not only help the Sanctuary to grow and thrive but also provide a solace for those who need assistance.

How it will work: Here are a couple of options

1. A witch comes to Sanctuary with a plant, potted flowers or a tree as an offering to the land & community. Everyone will partake in a planting ritual that will help that plant to thrive but also bless the ground for our sacred work.

That witch's offering is noted and she/he/they may do several of the following things:

-She/He/they will be offered a cup of tea to sit in the garden, she/he/they may choose several herbs, flowers etc to pick and have free use of the herb dehydrators. This process usually takes about 12 hours so when the herbs are dried, the witch may come, bag & label them and take them home for use in their craft.

2. A witch may offer a plant or tree to the Sanctuary as a donated offering to the land. That witch will receive a special gift, a cup of tea, and 40% off apothecary herbs/spices that day of their visit.

3. A witch also has the option to come to Sanctuary and make a donation for the use of the library, tea garden, greenhouse and more!

4. A witch may also come and have full use of The Sanctuary while paying for items and services during their stay.
